Super Easy Balsamic Vinaigrette
Did you know that many store-bought salad dressings have large amounts of added sugar, preservatives, and sometimes even dyes?! There are certainly some safe brands (I'm working on a post of my favorite store-bought brands - stay tuned!) but nothing beats a salad dressing made from scratch!
This balsamic vinaigrette is incredible easy and keeps very well (for up to two weeks in the fridge, in a sealed container).
What You'll Need:
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp. honey - or more, according to your taste preferences!
- 1 glove minced garlic, or 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
Combine all ingredients in your blender or food processor. Blend until thoroughly mixed. Taste and adjust honey as necessary. Store in the fridge in a sealed container until ready for use!
